2. Placing an order

You do not need to create an account to place an order. Guest checkout is available. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency. All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP). We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • UK: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 8–18 business days
  • USA & Canada: 8–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

All customs duties and import charges are covered by us. You will not be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery.

5. Returns and cancellations

6. Digital products

Downloadable products such as eBooks are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

7. Limitation of liability

Our papers are for decorative use only and are not edible. We are not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
