This AI and Project Helper Safety Disclaimer applies to Project Helper and any automated assistance, AI-supported guidance, chat or recommendation feature made available through The Secrets of Decoupage App.

This Disclaimer should be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Child Safety Standards and CSAE Policy, Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy, Account and Data Deletion Policy, and Subscription, Credits and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Disclaimer removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia or any other country where the App is available.

1. Purpose of this Disclaimer

This Disclaimer explains how users may use Project Helper and any automated assistance, recommendation, chat, image-related, search, guidance or content-generation feature made available in The Secrets of Decoupage App.

Project Helper is intended to support craft learning, decoupage planning, product discovery, membership navigation and general App assistance. It is not intended to replace the Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Child Safety Standards, Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy, Subscription, Credits and Refund Policy, Account and Data Deletion Policy, product instructions, professional advice or user judgement.

3. Nature of Project Helper

Project Helper may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, internal knowledge, store-connected information, App content, user questions, uploaded project images or other permitted inputs to provide responses.

Project Helper may assist with topics such as decoupage techniques, paper selection, surface preparation, project planning, beginner guidance, member benefits, credits, product categories, order-related signposting and use of the App.

Project Helper is a support tool only. It does not create a professional adviser-client relationship and does not guarantee that any answer will be complete, correct, suitable for the user, suitable for a specific material, or available at all times.

4. No Professional Advice

Project Helper does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, professional safety, professional conservation, professional restoration, engineering, chemical, product-liability or intellectual property advice.

Any information relating to copyright, trade marks, public domain, licensing, product safety, adhesives, solvents, varnishes, surfaces, tools, materials, shipping, customs, taxes, consumer rights or business use is general information only and must not be relied on as professional advice.

Users are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice where required, especially where a project involves valuable items, antique items, commercial resale, regulated materials, hazardous products, children, vulnerable persons, legal rights or third-party intellectual property.

5. Craft and Material Results Are Not Guaranteed

Decoupage results depend on many factors outside our control, including the surface, primer, adhesive, varnish, humidity, temperature, paper handling, tools, drying time, user skill, product batch, previous coatings and manufacturer instructions.

Project Helper may suggest techniques, materials or general steps, but users must test on a small area first and follow the instructions and warnings provided by the manufacturer of any glue, varnish, paint, resin, sealant, tool or surface.

ARAMEDU LTD is not responsible for project failure, damage to surfaces, unsuitable material combinations, user mistakes, misuse of products, allergic reactions, safety incidents or loss caused by relying on Project Helper without appropriate testing and caution, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Product Recommendations and Store Information

Project Helper may recommend rice papers, digital downloads, collections, guides, member benefits, credits, tutorials or other items based on the user question and available information.

Product recommendations are general suggestions only. Availability, prices, discounts, credits, shipping costs, delivery times, product descriptions, formats and stock levels may change and the store or checkout information will prevail at the point of purchase.

A recommendation from Project Helper does not guarantee suitability for every project, personal preference, device, printer, surface, country, customs situation or craft method.

7. User Inputs and Prohibited Use

Users must not use Project Helper to create, request, upload, promote or distribute:

• Unlawful, harmful, abusive or deceptive content
• Sexually explicit or exploitative content
• Discriminatory, violent or self-harm content
• Dangerous, fraudulent or spam content
• Privacy-invasive or child-endangering content

Users must not submit personal data about another person without permission, images of children where not necessary, private contact details, payment information, passwords, confidential business information or material they are not entitled to share.

Users must not use Project Helper to bypass subscription controls, credits, paywalls, digital locks, security measures, moderation systems, copyright protections, platform rules or App policies.

8. Child Safety

ARAMEDU LTD has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualised content involving minors, child endangerment or any attempt to use Project Helper or the App to create, solicit, facilitate or normalise such content.

We may block prompts, refuse responses, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence and report suspected child safety issues to appropriate authorities, hotlines, platforms or law enforcement where legally appropriate.

Users should immediately report any suspected child safety issue through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting aramedultd@gmail.com.

9. Reporting Project Helper Responses

Users should report or flag Project Helper responses that they believe are offensive, unsafe, unlawful, inaccurate, harmful, exploitative, infringing, discriminatory, child-endangering or otherwise contrary to App policies.

Reports may be reviewed manually or automatically and may be used to improve safety filters, moderation, App quality, legal compliance and enforcement of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Where in-app reporting is temporarily unavailable, users may report concerns by email to aramedultd@gmail.com.

10. Moderation and Safety Measures

We may use automated filters, human review, prompt restrictions, account limits, feature limits, logging, escalation procedures, content removal, refusal mechanisms and other safety measures to reduce misuse of Project Helper and the App.

We may restrict or refuse Project Helper responses where a request appears unsafe, unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, child-endangering, privacy-invasive or inconsistent with our policies.

We are not obliged to provide a response to every question and may change safety rules, filters, limits and permitted use from time to time.

11. Privacy and Review of Project Helper Activity

Project Helper questions, answers, attached images, device information, account information, usage data, reports and related metadata may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may review Project Helper activity where reasonably necessary for safety, child protection, abuse prevention, legal compliance, quality control, troubleshooting, security, enforcement of policies, improvement of the App and protection of users or our business.

Users should not submit unnecessary personal data, private information, payment details, passwords, confidential information or information about other people through Project Helper.

12. Intellectual Property and AI Output

Project Helper responses do not grant users ownership of The Secrets of Decoupage designs, rice papers, digital downloads, tutorials, VIP Drops, product images, brand assets, App content or any other ARAMEDU LTD intellectual property.

Project Helper must not be used to copy, recreate, extract, reprint, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or create competing products from our papers, digital files, VIP content, tutorials or designs.

Project Helper may provide general creative suggestions, but users remain responsible for ensuring that their projects, uploads, prompts, commercial use and finished works do not infringe third-party copyright, trade marks, character rights, celebrity rights, design rights, privacy rights or other rights.

13. Subscription Limits and Availability

Project Helper access, monthly question limits, response limits, priority access or additional features may vary by plan and may be subject to fair use, technical availability, safety limits, abuse prevention or subscription status.

Unused Project Helper allowances may expire at the end of a billing period unless the App expressly states otherwise. Project Helper allowances have no cash value and are not transferable.

Temporary unavailability, safety refusals, moderation restrictions or reasonable changes to Project Helper do not automatically entitle a user to a refund, except where required by applicable law or the purchase platform rules.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARAMEDU LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of Project Helper, including:

• Loss of profit or business
• Loss of opportunity
• Project failure or material damage
• Reputational harm or loss of data
• Reliance on an inaccurate or incomplete response

Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability will be limited as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in Project Helper, App features, artificial intelligence systems, safety procedures, legal requirements, platform rules or business operations.

Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating the effective date, displaying an in-app notice or making the revised document available through the App or website.
