How to Earn Points
- Create an account, earn 100 points just for signing up
- Place an order, earn 5 points for every £1 spent
- Celebrate your birthday, earn 250 bonus points on your birthday
- Follow us on Instagram, earn 50 points
- Refer a friend, earn 50 points when your friend makes their first purchase
How to Redeem Points
- 250 points = £5 off
- 500 points = £10 off
- 1,000 points = £20 off
Every £1 you spend earns you 5 points, and every 50 points is worth £1 in savings. It adds up fast!
VIP Tiers
The more you shop, the higher your VIP status and the better your rewards. Our VIP programme has three tiers based on your total points earned:
- Bronze, starting tier, available to all members from day one
- Silver, earn 500 points to unlock Silver status and exclusive Silver benefits
- Gold, earn 1,250 points to reach our top tier and enjoy the best rewards we offer
Your VIP tier is calculated based on your total points earned since joining the programme. Once you reach a tier, it's yours for life.
Birthday Reward
Add your date of birth to your account at least 30 days in advance and we'll send you 250 bonus points on your birthday.
