These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of The Secrets of Decoupage App and related digital services operated by ARAMEDU LTD. By accessing the App, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, using credits, downloading content, using Project Helper, or participating in the community, the user agrees to these Terms.

Users who do not agree to these Terms must not access or use the App.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Term	Meaning
Account	A registered user account created in or connected to the App.
App	The Secrets of Decoupage mobile application, related web pages, membership areas, community features, digital services and store-connected functions.
Company, we, us, our	ARAMEDU LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15538835.
Community	Public or semi-public App areas where users may post, upload, comment, react, join groups, enter challenges or share projects.
Credits	Paper credits, digital credits, member rewards or similar non-cash entitlements made available through the App or membership plan.
Digital Content	Downloads, designs, templates, cliparts, tutorials, guides, images, written materials, videos and any other digital materials made available through the App.
Project Helper	The automated or AI-assisted decoupage, product and membership guidance feature within the App.
Services	All services, features, content, community functions, subscriptions, credits and support provided through or in connection with the App.
User Content	Photos, images, comments, posts, project descriptions, profile information, messages, reviews, uploads, challenge entries and other materials submitted by users.

2. Operator and Contact Details

The App is operated by ARAMEDU LTD, trading as The Secrets of Decoupage, registered in England and Wales under company number 15538835. Registered office: 14 Manette House, 128 Maidstone Road, Chatham, ME4 6DQ, United Kingdom.

All general legal, customer service, account, child safety, copyright, privacy, moderation and subscription enquiries may be sent to aramedultd@gmail.com.

3. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and ARAMEDU LTD. A user accepts these Terms when the user creates an Account, signs into the App, accesses paid or free content, purchases or uses a subscription, uses Credits, downloads Digital Content, uses Project Helper, uploads User Content, participates in the Community, or otherwise uses the Services.

If a user does not agree to these Terms, the user must not use the App.

4. Policies Forming Part of these Terms

The following policies form part of these Terms and apply where relevant:

• Privacy Policy
• Community Guidelines
• Subscription, VIP and PRO Membership Terms
• Credits Policy
• Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
• Child Safety Standards and CSAE Policy
• Account and Data Deletion Policy
• Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Any rules, disclosures or notices shown in the App at the point of sign-up, purchase, upload, download, subscription or credit redemption

5. Description of the App

The App is a decoupage and craft membership platform connected with The Secrets of Decoupage brand and store. The App may include:

• Learning materials, guides and tutorials
• Free, VIP and PRO content areas
• Digital downloads and member-only materials
• Subscriptions and membership plans
• Credits and member rewards
• Project Helper and automated assistance
• Community posts, project galleries, comments, groups, challenges and user profiles
• Store-connected features, product recommendations, order information and credit redemption
• Other features added, amended, removed or replaced from time to time

6. Eligibility and Minimum Age

The App is intended for users aged 16 years or over. By using the App, the user confirms that the user is at least 16 years old and, where required by local law, has permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The App is not directed at children under 16. Users under 16 must not create an Account, upload User Content, use chat or community features, purchase subscriptions, use Credits or provide personal data through the App.

We may suspend or delete an Account if we reasonably believe that the user is underage, has provided false age information, or where continued access creates a legal, safety or platform compliance risk.

7. Account Registration and Security

The user is responsible for all activity under the user's Account. The user must not:

• Create an Account using false, misleading or incomplete information
• Impersonate another person, business or organisation
• Use another user's Account without permission
• Sell, transfer, rent, lend or share access to an Account
• Create multiple Accounts to abuse free trials, subscriptions, Credits, discounts, promotions, votes, challenges or member benefits
• Attempt to bypass App security, payment systems, locked content, subscription limits or credit restrictions

The user must notify us promptly at aramedultd@gmail.com if the user believes the Account has been accessed without permission or compromised.

8. Membership Plans and Subscriptions

The App may offer free and paid membership plans. Paid plans may include VIP, VIP Digital, VIP Print Pack, PRO or other plans shown in the App. Membership benefits may include, depending on the plan:

• Access to locked guides, tutorials or App areas
• VIP or PRO-only content
• Monthly VIP Drops or other recurring creative benefits
• Digital Content and downloads
• Project Helper allowances
• Member-only community features, challenges or recognition
• Member discounts, rewards or Credits
• Early access, special collections, seasonal content or other benefits shown at the time of purchase

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Deleting the App from a device does not automatically cancel a subscription.

9. Ongoing Membership Value and Changes to Benefits

The precise content included in a membership may vary from month to month. We do not guarantee that any specific design, download, paper, tutorial, challenge, guide, community feature, Project Helper response or App feature will be available permanently unless we expressly state this in writing.

10. Credits and Member Rewards

Credits are not money, cash, stored value, cryptocurrency, gift cards, financial instruments or deposit products. Credits are limited contractual or promotional entitlements that may be used only in the manner described in the App and the Credits Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred, sold, exchanged, assigned, refunded, redeemed outside the approved system, or used after expiry or cancellation of the relevant membership plan.

Unused Credits may be lost if a subscription is cancelled, expires, is refunded, is charged back, is obtained fraudulently, is misused, or if an Account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

11. Store Connection and Physical Products

The App may connect with The Secrets of Decoupage store or other approved store systems. Physical products, delivery, customs, import charges, taxes, shipping estimates, returns and product-specific terms may be governed by the separate store terms and policies applicable at the time of purchase.

12. Digital Content and Licence Restrictions

Digital Content is licensed, not sold, unless expressly stated otherwise. Subject to payment, membership status and compliance with these Terms, we grant the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Digital Content for personal craft use.

The user must not:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish or commercially exploit Digital Content except as expressly permitted by us in writing
• Use our Digital Content to create competing paper products, digital downloads, printable sheets, transfers, stickers, image packs, design files, AI datasets, training datasets, marketplaces or subscriptions
• Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, product identifiers, proprietary markings, metadata or other rights information in our Digital Content

13. Our Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and our materials are owned by us or our licensors, including:

• The Secrets of Decoupage name, branding, logos, goodwill and visual identity
• Rice paper designs, collections, product images and product descriptions
• Tutorials, guides, written materials, downloads, VIP Drops and member-only content
• App layout, design, user interface, structure, databases, systems and software
• Project Helper knowledge base materials, curated guidance and related prompts or content
• All copyright, trade marks, design rights, database rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights

No ownership of our intellectual property is transferred to the user. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

14. User Content

The user is solely responsible for User Content submitted through the App. By submitting User Content, the user represents and warrants that:

• The user owns the User Content or has all rights and permissions required to submit it
• The User Content does not infringe copyright, trade marks, design rights, privacy rights, image rights, publicity rights or any other rights of any person
• The User Content does not contain personal data, images, likenesses or private information of another person without permission
• The User Content is lawful, accurate and not misleading
• The User Content complies with these Terms, the Community Guidelines and applicable law

15. Licence Granted to Us for User Content

By submitting User Content, the user grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, make available, moderate, edit for formatting, distribute and use the User Content in connection with the App and Services.

We will not sell a user's original project photograph as a standalone digital product without separate permission.

16. Community Rules, Prohibited Content and Prohibited Conduct

The user must not upload, post, send, encourage, promote or distribute any content or behaviour that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, bullying, defamatory, hateful or discriminatory
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative or inappropriate for the nature of the App
• Depicts, promotes or facilitates child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of minors or any child endangerment
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, violence, self-harm, dangerous conduct or illegal activity
• Infringes copyright, trade marks, design rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or other rights
• Contains spam, scams, phishing, malware, deceptive links, fraudulent schemes or fake engagement
• Impersonates another person, business or organisation
• Discloses private or personal information of another person without permission
• Manipulates reviews, likes, votes, challenges, rankings, Credits, discounts or promotions
• Attempts to bypass subscription restrictions, payment systems, content locks, security controls or technical limitations
• Damages or risks damaging the safety, integrity, reputation or lawful operation of the App or The Secrets of Decoupage brand

17. Moderation, Reporting and Enforcement

We may moderate User Content and Community activity manually, automatically, reactively or proactively. Users may report content or users through in-App reporting tools where available or by emailing aramedultd@gmail.com.

Depending on the circumstances, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning
• Remove or hide content
• Restrict commenting, messaging, uploading or community features
• Remove a user from a group, challenge or community area
• Suspend or terminate an Account
• Remove access to paid or free features where the account has been misused
• Preserve evidence where necessary
• Report serious safety, child protection, fraud, infringement or unlawful activity to relevant platforms, authorities, hotlines or law enforcement where appropriate

18. Child Safety and CSAE

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualised content involving minors or any conduct that endangers children. Such content and conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate content removal, Account suspension or termination, preservation of relevant information and reporting to appropriate authorities.

Users must immediately report suspected child safety issues through in-App reporting tools or by emailing aramedultd@gmail.com with the subject line "Child safety report".

19. Project Helper and Automated Assistance

Project Helper is intended to provide general decoupage, craft, product and membership guidance. Project Helper responses are general information and creative support only — not professional legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, engineering or technical advice.

The user is responsible for applying judgement, testing materials safely and following manufacturer instructions before using any technique or product on valuable or sensitive items.

20. Purchases, Payments, Taxes and App Stores

Prices, billing periods, taxes, currency, renewal terms, trial information, plan benefits and restrictions will be shown at or before the point of purchase. The user is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, import charges, customs charges, currency conversion fees, bank charges or platform charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

21. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Rights

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the type of purchase, the purchase platform, whether the item is digital or physical, whether content has been accessed or downloaded, whether Credits have been redeemed, and the mandatory consumer laws of the user's country.

Digital Content, downloads, VIP Drops, used Credits and accessed member-only content may be non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, redeemed or made available, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Promotions, Discounts and Trials

Promotions may be subject to eligibility rules, territory restrictions, account limits, product limits, time limits, stock limits, plan restrictions, purchase minimums and other conditions shown in the App or at the point of offer.

A free trial may convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends, where this has been clearly disclosed before sign-up.

23. Availability, Updates and Technical Operation

We aim to provide a useful, secure and reliable App, but we do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure at all times or available in every location or on every device. The user is responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, operating system and app version.

24. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, email providers, login providers, AI providers, moderation tools and customer support systems. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

25. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The user must not use the App to collect, disclose, misuse or publish another person's personal data without permission and a lawful basis.

26. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Account and associated personal data as described in our Account and Data Deletion Policy. Account deletion does not automatically cancel all third-party billing arrangements unless the relevant platform provides this functionality.

27. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App, an Account, Community features, paid or free features, Credits or Digital Content where we reasonably believe that:

• The user has breached these Terms or any incorporated policy
• The user has infringed our rights or the rights of another person
• The user has abused subscriptions, Credits, promotions, refunds, chargebacks or community features
• The user has engaged in harassment, threats, fraud, spam, unsafe behaviour or unlawful conduct
• User Content creates legal, safety, reputational, platform compliance or rights infringement risk
• The Account has been compromised or used without permission
• We are required to act by law, platform rules, payment provider requirements or safety obligations

28. Prohibited Technical Misuse

The user must not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the App except where expressly permitted by law
• Scrape, harvest, mine, crawl or extract data, images, content, user information or product data without written permission
• Use bots, automation, scripts, fake accounts or unauthorised integrations
• Bypass, disable or interfere with paywalls, subscription controls, content locks, credit systems, security features, rate limits or technical restrictions
• Introduce viruses, malware, harmful code or excessive load
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or competing purposes

29. Disclaimers

The App and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded. Craft results may vary depending on surface, materials, adhesives, sealants, tools, environment, user skill, drying time, product age and other factors outside our control.

The user is responsible for testing products and techniques safely before use, especially on valuable, sentimental, fragile or irreplaceable items.

30. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss of data or loss arising from business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to a user will be limited to the greater of the amount paid by that user to us for App subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim, or £100, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

31. Indemnity for Business or Commercial Users

If the user uses the App as a business, trader, studio, instructor, influencer, seller, creator or for commercial purposes, the user agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from the user's breach of these Terms, User Content, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of our designs, Digital Content, tutorials, downloads, Credits, products or brand.

32. International Users and Mandatory Local Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce mandatory consumer, privacy, subscription, digital content, cancellation, safety or platform rights that cannot legally be excluded in the user's location. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory local law, that provision will apply only to the extent permitted.

33. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If the user accesses or downloads the App through Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between the user and ARAMEDU LTD, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms where applicable
• The user's use of the App must also comply with Apple's applicable terms and rules

34. Google Play Additional Terms

If the user accesses or downloads the App through Google Play:

• The user's use of the App may also be subject to Google Play terms and policies
• Subscription billing, cancellation and refunds may be handled through Google Play where applicable
• Google is not responsible for our content, community moderation, subscriptions, Credits, store-connected features or customer support except as required by Google Play rules or applicable law

35. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, new features, membership plans, Credits, legal requirements, platform rules, safety requirements, security needs, business operations or service improvements. If the user continues using the App after updated Terms take effect, the user agrees to the updated Terms.

36. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer laws in the user's country, state, province or territory require otherwise.

If the user is a consumer, the user may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the user's country of residence where mandatory law allows this. If the user uses the App as a business or for commercial purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
