The purpose of this Policy is to set out our standards, procedures and enforcement approach for preventing, detecting, reporting and responding to child sexual abuse material, child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, child endangerment and other child safety risks connected with the App.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy and Account and Data Deletion Policy.

1. Zero Tolerance Statement

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexual extortion, sexual solicitation of minors, child trafficking, child endangerment or any conduct that harms, exploits, threatens or targets children.

Any content, conduct, account, message, profile, project upload, comment, link, image, file or interaction that appears to involve child sexual abuse or exploitation may be immediately removed, preserved, restricted, escalated and reported to appropriate authorities, hotlines, platforms, app stores, payment providers or law enforcement where required or permitted by law.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to all areas of the App, including accounts, profiles, community posts, comments, project galleries, groups, challenges, uploaded images, messages, customer support interactions, Project Helper use, reports, links, usernames, display names, metadata and any other user-submitted or user-visible content.

3. Minimum Age and Age-Related Safeguards

The App is intended for users aged 16 or over. Users under 16 must not create an account, upload content, use community features, use chat features, purchase subscriptions, redeem credits or provide personal data through the App.

If the law in a user's country requires a higher minimum age for online services, the user must meet that higher age requirement. We may suspend or delete an account if we reasonably believe that the user is underage or presents a safety risk.

4. Prohibited Child Safety Content and Conduct

Users must not upload, create, request, share, promote, facilitate, link to, solicit, normalise or otherwise engage in any content or conduct involving:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualised image, depiction, description, file or reference involving a minor
  • Sexual exploitation, sexual extortion, grooming, coercion, blackmail, manipulation or trafficking of a minor
  • Sexual solicitation, sexual conversations, sexual roleplay or sexual requests involving or directed at a minor
  • Requests for images, videos, contact details or personal information from a minor for unsafe or exploitative purposes
  • Content that identifies, shames, threatens, humiliates, harasses, bullies or targets a child
  • Content that encourages children to hide activity from parents, guardians, carers, schools, platforms or authorities
  • Attempts to move a child to another app, website, email, phone number or private channel for unsafe purposes
  • Coded language, emojis, disguised links or altered images intended to hide child exploitation or grooming
  • AI-generated, deepfake, synthetic or manipulated content that sexualises or exploits a child or child-like person
  • Instructions, tools, communities or services that assist in accessing, generating, trading or distributing child sexual abuse material

5. User Responsibilities

All users are responsible for helping keep the App safe. Users must:

  • Use the App only in accordance with this Policy, the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Community Guidelines
  • Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information about children, including full names, school names, locations or contact details
  • Ensure that any project photos or community content involving children are lawful, appropriate and uploaded only with the required permissions
  • Report any suspected child safety issue immediately using in-app reporting tools or by emailing aramedultd@gmail.com
  • Not copy, download, forward, screenshot or share suspected child exploitation content, except as strictly necessary to make a lawful report

6. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child safety concerns through any in-app reporting feature or by emailing aramedultd@gmail.com with "Child Safety Report" in the subject line.

Reports should include, where available and safe to provide, the username, profile, post, approximate date and a short explanation of the concern. Users should not attach, copy or redistribute illegal material.

7. Our Response and Enforcement Actions

Where we identify or reasonably suspect a child safety issue, we may:

  • Remove, hide or restrict the relevant content
  • Suspend, restrict or terminate the relevant account
  • Disable community, upload, messaging, commenting, Project Helper or subscription features
  • Block the user from creating further accounts where technically and legally possible
  • Preserve relevant account, content, device, transaction and technical information where legally permitted or required
  • Report the matter to law enforcement, child safety organisations, hotlines, app stores or payment providers where required or appropriate
  • Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, regulators, app stores or child safety authorities
  • Decline refunds or credits connected with accounts suspended for serious safety breaches, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise

8. Moderation and Safety Controls

We may use a combination of manual review, user reports, automated tools, keyword controls, image review, account restrictions and third-party service provider tools to help detect, prevent and respond to prohibited content and conduct.

Moderation is not a guarantee that all harmful content will be detected before it is seen by users. Users must report concerns promptly and must not engage with or spread suspected harmful content.

9. Project Helper, Chat and Automated Features

Project Helper is not intended for children under 16 and must not be used to create, request, discuss, facilitate or disguise any content involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, sexualised minors or child endangerment.

We may review or restrict Project Helper interactions where we reasonably believe they involve child safety risk, prohibited content or violation of our policies.

10. Content Involving Children in Craft Projects or Community Posts

The App is a craft, decoupage, learning and community platform. It is not designed as a child-focused social network or a platform for sharing children's images.

Where a user uploads lawful, non-sensitive project content that incidentally includes a child, the user must have all permissions required by law and must avoid sharing identifying or private information about that child.

We may remove or restrict images or posts involving children where we believe the content is unsafe, unnecessary, overly identifying, exploitative or inconsistent with this Policy.

11. External Links and Off-Platform Conduct

Users must not use the App to direct other users, especially minors, to unsafe external platforms, private messages, websites, file-sharing systems, social media accounts, email addresses or phone numbers for child exploitation, grooming, harassment or unsafe contact.

12. Privacy and Data Handling for Child Safety Reports

We handle personal data connected with child safety reports in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where a child safety issue is reported or detected, we may process and retain relevant information for safety, investigation, evidence preservation, legal compliance and cooperation with authorities.

13. False Reports and Misuse of Reporting Tools

Users must not knowingly submit false, malicious, abusive or bad-faith child safety reports. However, a good-faith report will not be treated as a breach merely because the concern is not ultimately confirmed.

We may restrict or suspend accounts that misuse reporting tools to harass others, disrupt the community or make knowingly false allegations.

14. No Appeal for Serious Child Safety Violations

For serious child safety matters, we may refuse to provide detailed information or reinstate an account where doing so could create a safety risk, compromise evidence, breach law, affect platform compliance or interfere with an investigation. Our child safety decisions may be final where necessary to protect children, users and the integrity of the App.

15. App Store and Legal Compliance

This Policy supports our compliance with applicable child safety, online safety, privacy, platform and consumer protection obligations, including requirements under Google Play policies, Apple App Store requirements and applicable laws in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia and other territories where the App is made available.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, law, safety risks, moderation practices, platform requirements or our operational procedures. The updated Policy will apply from the date shown at the top of the document.
